We know you'll love our expansive clubhouse that includes a state-of-the-art 24 Hour Fitness Center & Fully Stocked Mini Mart/Convenience Store! Our 24-Hour Resident Lounge is equipped with a large couch & T.V., a pool table, arcade game, board games, and a shuffleboard table! Our Leasing Center offers a gourmet coffee bar, and a business center (during business hours). Village at Lionsgate Apartments also offers a resort-style swimming pool (open seasonally) with a year-round sundeck, gazebo, BBQ grill, tables & chairs, propane fire pit, and a scenic lake that features a dock for resting OR fishing, as our lake is fully stocked! As well as a half-mile-long nature trail that circles the lake, with an additional wood-burning fire pit and seating near our dock.


Our gorgeous lakefront community is located just off Metcalf and 146th Street, with all the sights and attractions of the city at your front door! Urban Air Overland Park, B&B Theatres Overland Park 16, Corbin Park Shopping Center, Overland Pointe Marketplace, and Town Center Plaza are all just minutes away! The Village at Lionsgate Apartments is situated in the Blue Valley School District, near several of the Blue Valley schools and various employers, including Lakewood Elementary and Middle Schools, Blue Valley West High School, Honeywell Federal Manufacturing & Technologies, and the Cerner Innovations Campus. Getting anywhere in the Kansas City Metro will be a breeze, as we are conveniently located just minutes from Highway 69, which provides easy access to I-35 and I-435.


We are a pet-friendly community, welcoming both cats and dogs with no weight restrictions, allowing up to 3 PETS per apartment home!
